As a Recruiter at Able, you will have the exciting opportunity to own and develop the full-cycle recruitment process for a rapidly growing ‘portfolio’ company that builds and invests in a multitude of diverse products. The Recruiter will work cross-functionally with an incredible team of Producers, Product Designers, and Engineers to staff our offices in New York City and San Francisco.

What you can expect:

  • The opportunity to manage the full cycle recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Develop a tight-knit relationship with Hiring Managers by discussing feedback on active candidates.
  • Coach current employees on interviewing standard methodologies.

What you need to succeed:

  • A creative sourcing approach that will go beyond the traditional recruiting tools (Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc).
  • Dedication to providing candidates with the best interview experience.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Capable of adjusting to a growing environment
  • Passion for emerging technologies.
  • Commitment to growing and building recruitment processes.
  • Ability to coordinate the needs of the company with the wants of a specific team.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Sense of humor.


  • 2+ years experience working as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or Campus Recruiter.
  • Experience working at a startup, technology company, or digital agency preferred.
  • Understanding of tech related positions: Engineering, Technical Product Management, Project Management, etc.
  • Consistent track record of implementing processes.
  • Previous experience working with an ATS.
